The Free Speech Coalition (FSC) is the trade association of the adult entertainment industry. Our mission is to lead, protect and support the growth of the adult entertainment industry. We are a C(6) nonprofit organization and we subsist membership dues, fundraising efforts and donations from our supporters. Without folks like you, we could not continue to provide needed resources and service to the adult industry community.

Our Board of Directors and professional staff work tirelessly to defend the industry from oppressive laws and regulations, protect consumer rights and ability to access adult entertainment, as well as ensure a better business environment for the adult industry. Your contribution will help make the following activities possible:
- 2257 Litigation: Your donation to the 2257 Litigation Fund will be used to file a legal challenge to US 18 2257 the Federal Recordkeeping and Labeling Law.
- Federal and/or California Lobbying: Your donation to the Lobby Fund will be used to support our critical Federal and/or California lobby and advocacy efforts
- XXX UNIVERSITY: Your donation will be used to support our newly implemented XXX University, an adult entertainment industry education program designed to assist adult businesses. FSC’s first educational series was entitled Anti-piracy 101. Our next series will focus on workplace safety.
